Problems are indexed by a problem identifier and a Keep-It version. You can determine what version of Keep-It you're using from the Help/About Keep-It 2000 dialog box.

If you find the problem you're experiencing, see if a newer release of Keep-It has fixed the problem. Problems are identified and ordered by a unique identifier (number). If you find the problem you've experiencing, note its id and see if a later release has eliminated it. Many versions might have the same problem registered against them.

You can also follow Keep-It's problem history in the Release Notes. The Release Notes are installed in the system folder ('c:\windows', 'c:\winnt', ...). The file name is 'keep-it.txt'

We're really sorry that you having a problem with Keep-It. Our goal, no matter what we charge, is to provide an excellent product. Whether it's a bug, or a lack of explanation on our part, please contact us if you don't find a solution.
