Share you work
What's stopping you sharing your work? Maybe you don't want your
work changed without your knowledge or approval?
Keep-It can help. Archive your work using Keep-It, and you'll always
have a frozen copy of any revision you want to maintain. Others can now
work on your files and you'll immediately know what's changed.
You'll know, because a new revision will appear in your archive.
If you don't like the new revision,
you can always restore the previous one. The person who made
the change won't lose anything; their revision is safe
in the archive.
Archives ensure your work can't be overwritten:
you can't change a revision.

Example
You've a product road map document.
Maybe other people could add valuable information to it?
You archive the document, creating the first revision.
A colleague adds some interesting, but irrelevant
information to the document.
You find out about the change when you look in the archive
and see the new revision.
No problem, the archive contains the original revision which
you can restore and continue to work on.
Your colleague won't be upset; the second revision of the document is
still available.
By renaming your snapshots you can make clear the
contents of every revision for all to find the information they want.
Keep-It makes your documents take on a new dimension.
